Grass Roots Pizza is a family-owned and operated business rooted in community values, culinary craftsmanship, and a love for gathering around great food. Our mission is to bring people together with food that makes your mouth sing. We believe in Pizza as an art form that has the capacity to elevate ones spirit, but simple and comfortable enough to eat in your pajamas. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and as farmers ourselves we grow our own tomatoes, peppers, arugula and basil.

Founded and operated by a husband-and-wife team, Grass Roots Pizza is a reflection of who we are and what we believe in. Food is our love language, and sharing it is our passion.

The name "Grass Roots" comes from both our intentions and our experience as a family. After many changes and much loss, we moved across the country to begin a new life. We were starting from scratch, and we had to come together to build something fresh from the ground up. We found a new sense of hope and purpose through the idea of making food for people. We felt that by using what we know and love as a family to build a business we would have a chance to connect with others and share that love in a simple way that brings joy.
